Sourcing and screening talent to take a global tech corporation into emerging markets
We were asked by a $40bn technology corporation to integrate into its talent acquisition team. Our task was to support talent sourcing across the company’s emerging markets: Russia & CIS, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Latin America.
This was a massive expansionary recruitment drive, with some markets anticipating the need to hire in the hundreds. We had ambitious immediate hiring targets to hit, as well as sizable talent pipelines to create across sales, account management and systems engineering.

Our work ranged from market mapping, talent sourcing, phone screening and intelligence gathering right through to confidential top-level succession planning.
