Sifting the competition for exceptional senior engineering talent
EWS was appointed by a multinational conglomerate to conduct a high-profile research project, sourcing an Engineering Director for a key business unit. We were asked to identify and approach senior engineering leaders from competitor companies and top automotive and aerospace firms.
The company was committed to doubling the size of the business in question. This role was critical to their plans and they were keen to move quickly.
We got straight to work, preparing and presenting a mapping report of over 100 relevant engineering leader profiles, which our client assessed to determine the most appropriate. These were the candidates we engaged, resulting in 15 strong profiles submitted in the form of CVs and detailed candidate briefings.
The company interviewed most of the candidates on our shortlist and secured their Engineering Director less than 2 months into the project. As a mark of the quality of our referrals, 3 further candidates are being considered for different roles at the company.
